Appointed as President Commissioner of Mandiri Sekuritas in 2012. He has previously served as, among others, Managing Director & Group CFO Medco Energi Internasional Tbk. (2005-2011); Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Corporate Finance (1999-2005); President Director/CEO of Jakarta Stock Exchange (1996-1999); President Director/CEO of Indonesian Securities Clearing and Depository Agency (1993-1996); Executive Director of Danareksa (1991-1993).
Currently he also holds a number of professional and social leading positions in some organizations. He holds Ph.D (cum laude) in Strategic Management, Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia; MBA in Finance and Economics from University of Houston, USA; and Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology, Bandung.
Serving as Commissioner of Mandiri Securitas since 2011, Mr Irawan began his career in Bank Mandiri in 1999, arriving at Group Head of Treasury in 2010. Previously, he had held various positions including as Department Head, Treasury & Debt Capital Market Treasury and Trading, Foreign Exchange Chief. Prior to joining the Bank Mandiri he worked at Exim Bank (1986-1999) holding various positions such as Treasury Manager at Exim Bank Cayman Islands, Deputy Head of Investment Banking and Securities Trading and Foreign Exchange and Money market dealers. He earned a Bachelor of Agricultural and Resource Economics from Bogor Institute of Agriculture, and has attended various courses and seminars on banking, management, risk, treasury and others.
Serving as Commissioner at Mandiri Sekuritas since 2011. Ms Askandar has an active career at Bank Mandiri, currently serving as Group Head Syndication, Oil and Gas, as of 2011, as well as in a number of other positions, including as Group Head Syndicated and Structured Finance (2009 - 2010), Department Head VII Corporate Banking III Group (2006), and Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking Group (2000 - 2005). Prior to these, she once served as Account Manager - Loan Workout Division at the Indonesian Banking Restructuring Agency (1999 - 2000) and as an ISO 9000 & 140000 Consultant and Treasurer at Surveyor Indonesia (1995 - 1997). She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston University, Boston, and has attended various courses on banking and corporate finance.

Currently she serves as Executive Vice President in Corporate Banking 3 Group and number of positions she held include Executive Vice President of Commercial Risk Group 2006 - Nov 2012), Senior Vice President of Jakarta Commercial Sales Group (2006), Vice President of Corporate Banking (2005). She holds a master degree from Management Development and Education Institute (IPPM) and has attended various trainings on banking, corporate finance and risk management.
